Dodgeball Fundraiser Tournaments

November 18, 2007, 3pm -- Seattle, WA
Location: The IMA

The UW chapter of the Washington Public Interest Research Group (WashPIRG) will sponsor a dodgeball tournament to raise funds for homeless youth and young adults in the U-District.

The goal is to raise at least $1,000 for the University District Service Providers Alliance, a coalition of nonprofit organizations in the U-District.

Five players are required per team and costumes are expected to be worn. The fee is $10 per person or a donation of canned food. Canned food items can also be donated at the door.

Prizes will be given to the team that raises the most money and the team with the most creative costumes. One final secret grand prize will be awarded to the tournament's winner.
